My name is Sofia, I am a Remedial Massage Therapist. My philosophy to wellness is driven by a passionate interest in the mind, body, soul connection and the synergy between the three. Wellness is at the forefront when co-designing individual programs to meet the health needs of clients.
Sofia’s Wellness incorporates Remedial Massage, Life Coaching and Meditation, a synthesis of all three or just one of these tools, with the focus on clients’ needs and goals.
